Google user data
TAAX Ai asks for access to Google Calendar only after a professional chooses to connect a Google account. We request permission to see, create, change, and delete events on the calendar that professional selects. The event details we use are those Google provides for that sync, such as the event title, date, time, description, location, attendees, and status. We also store the Google account email for that connection and the access and refresh tokens required to keep the sync active.
We use that Google user data only to keep appointments in sync between TAAX Ai and the selected Google Calendar. When an appointment is booked, changed, or cancelled in TAAX Ai, the matching calendar event can be created, updated, or removed. Events on the selected Google Calendar can be shown in TAAX Ai so the office calendar stays current.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence models. We do not share it with other TAAX Ai customers. Service providers that host and operate TAAX Ai may process it only so the calendar sync can run. We may also disclose it if the law, a court order, or a government request requires it. People at TAAX Ai do not read Google Calendar data except when needed to provide support a user requested, to investigate a security or abuse issue, or to meet a legal obligation.
We keep the Google tokens and the imported calendar events while the connection stays active. A professional can disconnect Google Calendar from the integrations settings in TAAX Ai. Disconnecting revokes the token with Google when Google accepts that request, deletes the stored tokens, and deletes the calendar events that were imported from Google. The professional can also remove TAAX Ai from the Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
TAAX Ai’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
